I took my Miata for an estimate after someone hit me on Christmas Eve. Being the week before New Years, the at-fault party’s insurance did not want to provide a rental or have Michael J’s take the car in. As the body shop was open both Friday and Monday (unlike the insurance company), the gentlemen helping me – Pedro was able to get me a rental car (waiting when I arrived) and take my car in for repairs.  They completed the repairs and cleaned my car beautifully before I picked it up.  Pedro took the time to go over the initial estimate, and the final estimate as well as taking the time to show me the work that was performed.  Great Customer Service on top of an excellent repair job.  I would recommend this shop to any/everyone, it was recommended to me by Capitol Mazda and I agree with their assessment.
